Passenger has to contact immediately the call-centre to cancel a reservation (subject to call centre operating hours).
The amount paid could be refund according to the following rules/conditions and surcharge payment (at the moment of cancellation):
Domestic flights from Elba Island to Pisa, Florence and Milan Malpensa
- No penalty for resident of Elba Island for cancellation up to 5 days before the departure.
- Payment of € 10,00 per passenger, per leg for cancellations up to 21 days before the departure, others than residents.
- After this term only airport taxes will be refunded.
- NO SHOW: only airport taxes will be refunded.
International flights from Lugano
- Payment of € 75,00 per passenger, per leg for cancellations up to 21 days before the departure.
- After this term only airport taxes will be refunded.
- NO SHOW: only airport taxes will be refunded.
